Experience
Eduardo Telles is the founding partner of IGNITE Legal & Financial Advisors. With more than 30 years of experience, he has advised companies on corporate, financial, and strategic project matters, combining legal counsel with a business perspective that allows him to take part both in structuring a transaction and in its execution.
His practice spans corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), project finance, family office, public-private partnerships and infrastructure, and energy and telecommunications. He has led due diligence on landmark transactions in the telecommunications sector and advised on a radio spectrum concession process in El Salvador. In the health sector, he counsels hospitals and private clinics on their operations, and he also guides startups through structuring and growth, as well as companies on personal data protection.
He also serves pro bono as a member of the Board of Directors of the Asociación Museo de los Niños.
